How to Use
OVASEM is available as a 3-month pack of 2 boxes, each containing 90 capsules. Recommended dose: Take 1 capsule every 12 hours with food and water for better absorption. Consistent daily use is recommended. After the first 3 months, continue without a wash-out period.
If pregnancy occurs, discontinue use and consult your gynaecologist regarding transition to prenatal vitamins.
Important Notes
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place. Consult your doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have any health conditions. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the inner safety seal is missing.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
