Directions for use:
OVASEM is available in a 3-month pack of 2 boxes, each containing 90 capsules. Take 1 capsule every 12 hours with food and water for better absorption. Consistent daily use is recommended for maximum results. If no results after the first 3 months, continue without a wash-out period.
If pregnancy occurs, consult your gynaecologist regarding other supplements (vitamins, folic acid, etc.).
Precautions:
