Usage Instructions: OVASEM is available in a 3-month pack of 2 boxes, each containing 90 capsules. Take 1 capsule every 12 hours with food and water (improves ingredient absorption). The goal is daily, continuous and uninterrupted use for maximum results. If no results occur in the first 3 months, it is advisable to continue without a wash-out period.
